Georgia Tech, Boston College to open 2016 season in Ireland

ATLANTA (AP) - Georgia Tech and Boston College will open the
2016 season in Ireland.
The announcement was made Thursday by Irish Prime Minister Enda
Kenny and other officials during a news conference in Dublin.

Tennessee State says APR recount cancels postseason ban

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (AP) - Tennessee State officials say a one-year
postseason ban in football has been avoided after a recalculation
of the program's NCAA minimum Academic Progress Rate.
