Betting Analysis

The Browns have the worst record in the NFL and have lost 7 straight games. After being demoted to the 3rd strong for off-the-field issues Johnny Manziel is back as the starter.

Manziel passed for over 370 yards against the Steelers in his last game before being benched and the Browns issue is not really at the QB position. Sure, there have been issues there, but the Browns rank 2nd to last in defense and dead last in rushing yards per game.

Cleveland has given up at least 30 points in 5 straight games.

Manziel does have a decent WR corps at his disposal, but lead WR Travis Benjamin was injured in the last game and may not go in this one. At least Manziel will be facing a 49ers’ defense, which was decent last week in Chicago, that ranks 27th against the pass.

The Browns rushing offense will face a San Fran run defense that ranks 28th in the league, but can they take advantage of that? Their leading rusher on the season is Isaiah Crowell, who onluy has 397 yards with 1 TD this season.

San Francisco QB Blaine Gabbert had a great game in the win over the Bears, passing for nearly 200 yards with a TD, as the team’s leading rusher, and threw a long bomb for a TD in OT to win the game.

Cleveland’s defense has been torched in the last few games and they rank 25th in the league in pass defense and 31st in run defense.

Bus Man’s Pick: Manziel may throw for a lot of yards, like in his last game, but the Browns will not put up many points while the 49ers will.
